If you have discovered that Amanda Batula seems somewhat different now compared to her first days on Summer House, you do not imagine things.
” Season two, which was my very first official season, was actually when I was at my heaviest,” Amanda shared. “I don’t understand how much I believed because I refused to step on a scale, but I would say I have dropped between 15 to 20 pounds since then. And I am back down to my weight I was in school.”
She added, “I understand that number might seem big compared to the way I looked then — it is not like I had been enormous — but I gained weight very evenly, and I take it in my head a lot too. But I needed to buy an entirely new wardrobe since I could not fit into my clothing which year.”
The Summer House celebrity credits” intermittent fasting and Bulletproof [coffee] and cutting out all sugar and carbs” for her results. (As fiancé Kyle Cooke exposed in a past interview, Amanda is not too fond of the gym.) Amanda also shared a few tips she discovered beneficial like to” give in to your cravings in tiny doses, so that you don’t overindulge” and don’t count calories,” but only try to consume a great deal of protein” and veggies.
Her final tip: do not step on the scale.” I avoided the range for a Complete year since the amount that you see does not matter, what mattered to me was how I felt in the clothing that I was wearing and how I felt about myself,” she explained.” Provided that your favorite pair of jeans fit — that is the end goal.”

Summer House celebrity Amanda Batula says she lost weight by changing her eating habits after discovering that her clothes no longer fit her during the second season of the Bravo reality show.
Amanda told fans she was at”her heaviest” weight during Season 2 of Summer House, which was filmed in the summer of 2017 and aired on TV in ancient 2018.
Amanda estimated she has dropped”between 15 to 20 pounds” since that time and is currently back into the weight she was in college. She also noticed that 20 pounds might seem like a”large” number in contrast to how she appeared at the time, but her weight gain was equally carried on her body and in her face.
“I needed to buy an entirely new wardrobe because I couldn’t fit into my clothing which year,” the Summer House veteran stated.
Amanda imputed her subsequent weight loss to dietary alterations rather than exercise, and that she believes hindered her attempts to lose pounds.
The Summer House star revealed that she initially eliminate sugar and carbs, additional more protein into her diet, also practiced intermittent fasting. She also allowed herself to give in to cravings” in small doses” so as not to feel deprived.
Amanda noted that she generally eats a late afternoon lunch when intermittent fasting, per Bravo.com.
“I drink bulletproof [coffee] on the times I’m intermittent fasting since it is full of healthful fats; also it keeps me full until I am prepared to eat lunch around 3:00 or so,” Amanda explained.
The star explained the drink — which is a blend of high-quality coffee and fats like MCT oil, butter, or ghee — leaves her to feel as though she is not starving herself and getting the nutrients she needs.
“What worked best for me personally and was simplest, and I saw that the best results out of were occasional fasting and bulletproof,” Amanda told her fans.
Last summer, Amanda shared a gorgeous swimsuit photograph to Instagram that had fans asking her what she does to remain in such great shape. While she was never considered overweight, she’s figured out what works for her to feel great about herself and the clothes she wears.
The Summer House star told her Instagram fans the exact reason she avoided her scale for an entire year was since what matters to her was how she felt in the clothing she was wearing rather than the number on the level.
