” Season 2, that was my first official time actually when I was at my heaviest,” Amanda shared. “I don’t understand how much I believed because I refused to step on a scale, but I would say I have dropped between 15 to 20 pounds since then. And I’m back down to my weight that I was in school.”

She added, “I understand that amount might sound big compared to how I seemed then — it’s not like I had been enormous — but I gained weight very evenly, and I carry it in my head a lot too. But I had to get an entirely new wardrobe because I couldn’t fit into my clothing which year.” (As fiancé Kyle Cooke exposed in a past interview, Amanda is not overly fond of the fitness center ) Amanda also shared a few tips she discovered helpful like to” give in to your cravings in small doses, so you don’t overindulge” and do not count calories,” but only try to eat a great deal of protein” and vegetables.

Her final tip: don’t step on the scale” I avoided the range for a full year since the amount that you see doesn’t matter, what mattered to me was the way I felt in the clothes that I was wearing and the way I felt about myself,” she clarified.” As long as your favorite pair of jeans fit — that’s the end goal.”

Summer House celebrity Amanda Batula says she lost weight by changing her eating habits after finding that her clothes no longer fit her throughout the next season of the Bravo reality show.
In a recent Instagram Q& A, the 28-year-old reality star told fans she changed her diet and her eating schedule when she became unhappy with how she felt and looked.

Amanda told fans she had been at”her heaviest” weight during Season two of Summer House, which was filmed in the summer of 2017 and aired on TV in ancient 2018. The Bravo beauty admitted she doesn’t know exactly how much she weighed back then because she”refused to measure on a scale,” according to Us Weekly.

Amanda estimated she has dropped” between 15 to 20 pounds” because time and is now back to the weight she had been in college. She also noticed that 20 pounds might sound like a”big” number in contrast to how she looked at the time, but that her weight gain has been equally carried on her body and in her face.
“I had to buy a whole new wardrobe since I couldn’t fit into my clothes that year,” the Summer House veteran said.
Amanda imputed her subsequent weight loss to dietary changes rather than exercise, and that she feels hindered her attempts to lose pounds.

The Summer House star revealed she initially cut out sugar and carbohydrates, additional more protein to her diet, and practiced intermittent fasting. She also allowed herself to give in to cravings” in tiny doses” so as not to feel deprived.
Amanda noted that she generally eats a late afternoon lunch after occasional fasting, per
“I drink [coffee] on the times that I’m intermittent fasting because it is full of healthy fats also it keeps me full until I’m ready to eat lunch around 3:00 or so,” Amanda explained.

The star explained that the drink — that is a blend of high-quality fats and coffee-like MCT oil, butter, or ghee — makes her feel as though she’s not hungry herself and getting the nutrients she needs.
“What worked best for me personally and was simplest and I saw the best results from was occasional fasting and bulletproof,” Amanda told her lovers.

Last summer, Amanda shared with a stunning swimsuit photograph to Instagram that’d fans asking her what she does to remain in such great shape. While she was never considered overweight, she’s figured out exactly what works for her to feel great about herself and the clothes she wears.

The Summer House star told her Instagram lovers the real reason she averted her scale for a whole year was that what mattered to her was the way she felt in the clothes she had been wearing and not the number on the scale.
