This weekend was a big boost for my self-assurance: Even though I was out of city, I not only ate balanced and stayed beneath my calorie aim, but I exercised equally days! On best of that, my daughter’s two teams completed next and fourth in their divisions, so all in all, a pretty prosperous weekend!
