Lloyd Bridges’ hilarious working joke from the 1980 movie Airplane! saved popping into my head this week as I formally began my journey to reduce weight and get healthier. But, I’m pleased to say, I did not succumb to the temptation, and 7 days 1 will go down as a accomplishment! I missing 8 pounds! I know which is a large selection for a single 7 days, and I just can’t count on that every week, but still — I Missing 8 Lbs .! As I mentioned very last 7 days, I know how to do this, I just need to DO it. It is gratifying to see the challenging do the job pay back off.
